Information submitted through inquiries

Ekoya receives the information you choose to provide through the inquiry form or by email — typically your name, organization, email, and an optional telephone number, together with the sector, inquiry type, location or geography, a description of your decision or project challenge, and any optional details you add. You provide this information voluntarily.

How inquiry information is used

The information is used to review, respond to, and follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell your information and do not use it for behavioural advertising.

Service providers

Website hosting, security, and email-delivery providers may process limited information on Ekoya’s behalf to operate the website and deliver your inquiry to us. Your inquiry is sent to Ekoya by email through our email provider; it is not shared for unrelated purposes.

Website logs

Our hosting environment may create routine technical logs (such as IP addresses and request information) for security, troubleshooting, and reliable operation. These logs are managed by the hosting provider.

No advertising use

Ekoya does not sell inquiry information and does not use it for behavioural advertising. This website does not run third-party advertising trackers.

Website analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand overall traffic and how visitors use the site, in aggregate — for example, which pages are viewed and general audience trends. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes limited technical data (such as a truncated IP address, device, and browser) on Google’s infrastructure. It is used only for aggregate site improvement, not for advertising or to identify individuals. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained only as reasonably needed for communication, project development, legal obligations, and normal business records.
